How do I pay?
By invoice, before work starts. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
What if my tools don't export the text?
We check your tool list before you pay anything. If the exports won't work, we tell you and you pay nothing.
When does work start, and can I get a refund?
Work starts when we receive your export files. Until then, you get a full refund. After that, one-time packages can't be refunded, except that if your files turn out to be unusable, we refund in full. For the Fix pack, work starts when you confirm the order.
