These terms cover your use of gripheus.com, run by Avishay Kumar, operating as Gripheus ("Gripheus", "we"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our services are agreed separately
This website describes our services; it doesn't sell them. No order is placed and no contract for services is formed through this site. Every paid engagement is covered by a written order form and client agreement, signed before work starts. Where those documents differ from these terms, the signed documents apply.
Prices on this site
Prices shown are in US dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and are a guide. The price for any engagement is the one in your signed order form.
The sample report
The sample report uses synthetic data for a made-up brand, Larchwood Supply Co. It shows the format of our reports. It isn't a prediction of what your report will find.
Using the site
You may read and share pages from this site for your own business purposes. Please don't copy our content, sample report or design for a competing service, try to get into areas of the site that aren't public, or interfere with how the site works.
Our content
The text, design, sample report and Gripheus name on this site belong to us. Using the site doesn't give you any rights to them beyond those in "Using the site".
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or professional advice.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. This section covers the website only. Liability for paid work is set out in each client agreement.

Where we link to other websites, such as a tool's export instructions, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
